Check the tracklisting out for Messy Little Raindrops.. Cheryl Cole’s anticipated new album….

Its been a bit of a controversial past week for Cheryl hasn’t it? Gamu gate has completely swept the nation and shows no sign of slowing down. Did Cheryl make the right choice? Hmm.. i wonder. Anyway on to the music.

Do not ask me how but somehow the multi-talented and beautiful Cheryl Cole has managed to juggle her X Factor judging responsibilities with divorcing her cheating husband and that extremely nasty bout of malaria and finish the production of her sophomore album all in time for that time of year again , Yes it’s that “performing her latest single on X Factor‘s Sunday night results show…” time of year again. Her commitment, work rate and desire to complete the album is phenomenal when you consider what’s she gone through recently!

Her latest album is to be called Messy Little Raindrops. So yeah, the track list for Cheryl’s album, You can take a look below..

  1. Promise This
  2. The Flood
  3. Yeah Yeah (feat. Travie McCoy)
  4. Better To Lie (feat. August Rigo)
  5. Everybody, Everyone (feat. Dizzee Rascal)
  6. Raindrops
  7. Cold Heart
  8. Hummingbird
  9. Amnesia
  10. Happy Tears
  11. Waiting

The single after ‘Promise This’ will be an enormo-ballad called ‘The Flood’, a massive, strong-laden, Christmassy tear-jerker about ‘wreckage’, ‘drowning’ and ‘natural disaster love… Sounds exciting right?

The hook-up with Travie McCoy is very of-the-moment, considering the impressive year Travis has had with his hit single “Billonaire”, I definitely can’t wait to get a listen!!! Cheryl has also recorded a duet with recently turned reality tv star judge Dizzee Rascal, that track is titled “Everybody , Everyone”. The album is to be released on 1st November 2010, preceded by the lead single Promise This. Looking forward to this album…

Bluey Robinson Featured :

I have been very impressed by this Young Talent.. 21 year old Bluey Robinson has been surrounded by music all his life. Born in 1988, he grew up on The Jackson 5, Bob Marley, Phil Collins, UB40 and The Drifters. These foundations set his musical taste and later, influenced his style today.

When you think of it really theres not many UK R&B Male Singers out there at the moment , theres a few , but i really get the feel that Bluey could take control along with some other fine UK Talents including Loick Essien , Talay Riley etc!!!

Starting in late November 2008, Bluey started to captivate an audience through a guerrilla online campaign which saw him take his music and unique performance style to the London, Paris and New York train networks, where he’d sing to commuters, jam with buskers capturing hearts and minds! The resulting home edited video footage is must see content and the campaign has culminated in his Channel ‘Bluey Robinson TV’ attracting over 500,000 views and sparking a great reaction.

Over the summer of ’09 Bluey took his songs on the road and played sold out shows to a welcoming audience at Notting Hill’s ‘Yoyo’s’ and the Hoxton Bar And Grill’s ‘Gold Dust’.

‘I Know’, Bluey’s first release, arrived in late September off the back of a strong radio plot, which saw extensive airplay across national radio with Ronnie Herel in particular championing the rising star.

Since then, Bluey has gone from strength to strength, performing a storming set at the ‘1Xtra after Party’ following Dizzie Rascal’s performance at the BBC Electric Proms on Wed 21st Oct in Camden’s Roundhouse.

A chance meeting with Michael Jackson and Amy Winehouse writer Gil Cang saw the two collaborate on ‘Gotta Be A Way’, a soul stomp of the highest order. A track which will be performed when Bluey hits the O2 Wireless festival later this year on a bill which includes Jay-Z and Pink.

In late November ’09, almost a year to the day of uploading his first youtube video, Bluey put pen to paper to a well deserved record deal with entertainment giant Sony Music.

He has recently produced a few acoustic performances for the No.1 Youth Broadcaster

Check him out on the following websites:
There’s a lot more to come from this rising star so stay tuned!
