You’ve got Duffy’s comeback single , The Saturdays Vid With Flo Rida, Example & Jason Derulo’s new videos , Katy Perry Teaser Video & Keri Hilson’s new song all in one big bumper post…

For some reason I’ve got a bit behind with all the latest music out there today, how very shocking of me, so I thought whats better than a big bumper post…? So yeah here it is.

Duffy has returned to the limelight with her brand new song and its a trademark Duffy song in every sense of the word. She’s made a name for herself with her signature pop soul like style!

The soul-pop uptempo track featuring The Roots serves as the lead single from the Welsh star’s upcoming sophomore album “Endlessly” . The album is out November 29th. The visuals are stunning. Wow Duffy is so beautiful. The video is FIERCE with Duffy delivering some impressive choreography. The new era is up and running impressively. You can get the new song on November 21st. Take a peep at the video below..!

The Saturdays have also unveiled the newer edit of their brand new single “Higher”. The second edit features the rapper Flo Rida! Besides adding Flo Rida’s scenes to the video, there isn’t much of a difference, except that they removed the part where Una and Vanessa sang near the end. Check the video out below!

Two Lives’ is the fifth single from Example’s debut album ‘Wont Go Quietly,  The hits just keep on coming and coming. The new single is called “Two Lives”, and IMO is one of the best songs from the album with Example again hitting you with his beautiful, simple and stirring lyrics, he certainly has a way with words. The video shows the difficult side of being a rapper as it gets a little bit too much for him , instead of getting a lift on the tour bus, Elliot takes a time-out to walk home alone. Two Lives is released November 14!

R&B star Jason Derulo or should i say Jasooooon Derrruuuuuulooooo is out with yet another video from his self-titled debut album Jason Derulo. This song is called The Sky’s The Limit and im glad he’s released this song. The song is a big TUNE and the video is pretty much what you expect from Jason as he delivers some pretty slick dance moves yet again!

Keri Hilson’s new single “Pretty Girl Rock” has recently premiered in its official entirety. The track is the 2nd release from “No Boys Allowed”. “Pretty Girl Rock” is very pop influenced but still keeping Keri’s renowned swagger like quality. The song ticks all the boxes , its radio friendly ,  It has a cool piano-driven melody and an infectious hook! Impressed with this song release from Keri ! Hope she does well with this!

American star Katy Perry has unveiled the teaser clip for her new single “Firework“. You can check it out below. She is set to perform the single on this week’s edition of the X Factor.

New Video : The Saturdays Brand New Video For The Track “Higher”!

The Saturdays have in the last week premiered a new music video today via ITV 2. Frankie, Rochelle, Mollie, Una and Vanessa unveiled the clip for “Higher”, the official second single taken from their “Headlines” EP.

#Those of you following The Saturdays‘ reality show The Saturdays 24/7 will already know that the girls recently flew out to LA to shoot the ‘Higher’ video on a fake New York set. As you do like.

The video sees the girls dancing around the streets of ‘New York’ in a Glee-kind-of-way. They even play homage to the Beatles’ famous Abbey Road album cover in which they are walking across a zebra crossing. The girls looked amazing, you can tell they had so much fun, and just the whole energy and feel-good vibe coming from the music video was evident throughout! Totally confusing though is the non-appearance of Flo Rida in the video especially since The Sats released a brand new version featuring the American rapper!

Could we get two separate videos for the track? I wonder??? What do you think?

“Higher” will be released in the UK on November 1st. They’ve got to be #1 this time surely?!!

New Music : The Saturdays premiere their new song “Higher” also featuring Flo Rida!

You gotta hand it to those girls from The Saturdays, they will do anything to get their hands on a number one. After coming so close on numerous occasions they have enlisted the help of an american rapper who coincidentally has himself pipped them on two separate occasions previously. That american rapper is Flo Rida and he has added his own edge to the new single “Higher”. The song doesn’t really change hugely from the previous version its jut been reworked in the middle 8 to add in the rapping of feature man Flo-Rida.

The collaboration with Flo Rida came about after the rapper offered to work with the girl group – when he beat them to the number one spot in the singles chart for a second time earlier this year.

Flo said at the time: “If we could make a collaboration happen I would be up for that. I don’t know much about The Saturdays but we put smiles on people’s faces when we make music, which counts more than getting number ones.”

The Saturdays new single Higher (featuring Flo Rida) is released November 1st!

Do you think The Saturdays will finally get their Number 1?

Chart News : Roll Deep debut at No.1 in singles chart!

Roll Deep have emerged the victors of a close chart battle with Eminem & Rihanna for this week’s number one single.

‘Green Light’ is the London-based grime collective’s second track to reach the top of the UK charts, after their previous release ‘Good Times’ achieved the same feat back in April.

‘Love The Way You Lie’, meanwhile, remains at two for a second consecutive week, despite initially outselling Roll Deep in the midweek charts.

Last week’s number one, ‘Club Can’t Handle Me’ by Flo Rida and David Guetta, slides two spots to three, with another former chart-topper, Ne-Yo’s ‘Beautiful Monster’, right behind them at five.

The Saturdays, who were once on course to top the charts with ‘Missing You’, settle into the lower half of the top 10 this week after falling four places from three to seven.

Elsewhere in the chart, Chase & Status rack up the second-highest new entry of the week with ‘Let You Go’ landing at 11, while Inna’s ‘Amazing’ is another high-charting new arrival at 14.

Just behind them is Tinchy Stryder’s ‘In My System’, which falls out of the top 10 on its second week of release, plummeting six spots to 16.

The top 10 in full:

1. (-) Roll Deep: ‘Green Light’
2.
(2) Eminem & Rihanna: ‘Love The Way You Lie’
3.
(1) Flo Rida ft. David Guetta: ‘Club Can’t Handle Me’

So The Saturdays are back? Lets face they wernt really gone were they? But anyway they’re back with a brand new single from their new album, ‘Headlines’ to be released this August.

Initial thoughts about this track is that its a little too weak to be a lead single, I would have liked to seen something a little stronger coinciding with the summer season , but oh well i hope the track does well. The video was shot in Spain which was a nice feature for the video. Check it out below.. See what you think?
